The cold-pressed juice menu

All juices are 350 ml for $120 MXN. Can't decide? The Juice Flight gets you 3 juices for $140 MXN.

• Daily Greens (Detox) – Celery, cucumber, parsley, green apple, ginger and lemon. The green juice: vegetable-forward with just enough apple to keep it kind.

• Dulce Raíz (Revive) – Beet, gala apple, ginger, cucumber and lime. Earthy, sweet and the prettiest color in the fridge.

• Sidra Natural (Digest) – Golden, Mackintosh and Granny Smith apples with ginger, cinnamon and a touch of apple cider vinegar and lemon. Three-apple juice built for digestion, and the answer if you searched "apple juice" and meant the real thing.

• Puro Sol (Energía) – Carrot, apple and ginger. Simple, bright, does what the name says.

Cold-pressed wellness shots

For when you need the effect without the volume:

• Feel Better Shot ($65 MXN) – Echinacea, orange, lucuma, turmeric, ginger and bee pollen. The one to order at the first sign of a cold.

• The Hulk Logan ($60 MXN) – Spirulina, green juice, citrus and sea salt. Green, salty, surprisingly addictive.

• Shot of Ginger ($45 MXN) – Pure ginger. No chaser, no mercy.

Why cold-pressed (and why daily matters)

Cold-pressing extracts juice without heat, which protects nutrients and flavor, but it also means the juice is genuinely perishable: about three days refrigerated, sometimes four. That's why we press every morning instead of batching weekly, and it's why our juice cleanses max out at 3 days. Freshness is the whole point.

• Daily green habit: Daily Greens, or start smaller with The Hulk Logan shot.

• Post-run around Parque México: Puro Sol or Dulce Raíz, both rehydrate and taste like a reward.

• Full reset: the 1 or 3 day juice cleanse, built on single-ingredient pressings and available same day.

FAQ

Is the juice really pressed fresh? Yes, every morning, in-house. Cold-pressed juice keeps about three days refrigerated, so we never press ahead more than that.

Do you have green juice? Yes, Daily Greens is the house green: celery, cucumber, parsley, green apple, ginger and lemon. The Hulk Logan shot is the concentrated version.

Do you sell plain apple juice? Sidra Natural is our apple juice, made from three apple varieties with ginger, cinnamon and a touch of apple cider vinegar. Fresh-pressed, not from concentrate.

Are the juices vegan and gluten-free? All of them, yes. The Feel Better Shot contains bee pollen, so skip that one if you're strictly vegan.

Can I get juice delivered? Yes, through Uber Eats, Rappi and other local delivery platforms. Or grab it fresh at the café.
