The smoothie menu

• Nutty Power ($157 MXN) – Banana, dates, maca, almond milk, almond butter, peanut butter, vegan protein and a touch of sea salt, topped with cacao nibs. The post-workout order: protein and healthy fats that actually keep you full.

• Choco-Brain ($152 MXN) – Organic cacao, banana, dates, almond butter, reishi, maca, almond milk and cinnamon, topped with puffed quinoa. Tastes like a chocolate milkshake, works like a focus blend.

• Lassi Tropical ($145 MXN) – Mango, banana, date, cashew yogurt, orange juice, lucuma, turmeric and coconut milk, topped with bee pollen. Our take on a tropical smoothie, mango-forward with an anti-inflammatory kick from the turmeric.

• Campo Verde ($148 MXN) – Cucumber, celery, parsley, spinach, chlorella, orange juice, dates, banana and cashew yogurt, garnished with bee pollen. The greenest thing on the menu that still tastes like a treat.

• Berry AB & J ($150 MXN) – Blueberry, strawberry, banana, almond butter, coconut water and dates, topped with chia and bee pollen. A peanut-butter-and-jelly childhood memory, rebuilt with almond butter and berries.

• Inspirulina ($165 MXN) – Blue spirulina, ashwagandha, coconut, dates, maca, almond butter, vanilla and goji. The bright blue one on your feed, and the most adaptogen-loaded blend we make.

All smoothies are dairy-free by default (cashew yogurt and plant milks) and sweetened with dates, never refined sugar.

FAQ

Are the smoothies vegan? Almost all of them, yes: the menu is built on plant milks, cashew yogurt and dates. Bee pollen toppings can be skipped if you're strictly vegan, just ask. Collagen is the one non-vegan extra.

Do you use added sugar? No. Sweetness comes from dates and fruit.

Which smoothie has the most protein? Nutty Power, it comes with vegan protein, almond butter and peanut butter built in. Any smoothie can be boosted with vegan protein or collagen for $35 MXN.

Do you have smoothie bowls? Not yet, they're launching soon. In the meantime, the Blueberry Parfait Yogurt Bowl scratches the same itch.
